About the Author

Tasmania's own Hannah Gadsby stopped stand-up comedy in its tracks with their multi-awardwinning show, Nanette, which played to sold-out houses in Australia, the UK and New York. Its launch on Netflix, and subsequent Emmy win, took Nanette (and Hannah) to the world. Hannah's difficult second album (which was also their eleventh solo show) was named Douglas after their dog. Hannah walked Douglas around the world, selling out theatres across the world. Douglas was an Emmy-nominated smash hit, moving beyond the trauma at the centre of Nanette and instead letting the world see the view from Hannah's brain—one that sees the world differently but with breathtaking clarity. Hannah released a third comedy special with Netflix, Something Special, in April 2023. The show is a feel-good tale of love and marriage and includes a panicky proposal, a novelty wedding cake and a fateful bunny encounter. Hannah has done plenty of other things over the course of more than a decade in comedy, but that will do for now.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10 for orders under $150.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 posted within Australia. 

 

TRACKING

We use Australia Post to send parcels within Australia.

You can track your parcel with Australia Post tracking here. 

If you want to track a parcel and have not received a tracking information email, please contact us at shop@qvwc.org.au and we will resend tracking information. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to process your order within 1-2 business days, except when your order is received on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the following business day. Deliveries take between 1-5 business days after shipping depending on your proximity to a metro area. 

You will receive tracking information on your via email. 

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express, or same day shipping is not available at this stage. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available and shipping costs will be quoted based on your order. For International delivery, please contact us for assistance at shop@qvwc.org.au 

 

SENDING TO PO BOXES OR MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS

If you would like to send to multiple recipients addresses, each address needs to be placed as a separate order. We cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses.  

Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
