Maybe Today is a home for the things that inspire us in our everyday lives, items discovered on expeditions and nostalgic dreams. We are a small collaborative practice, based in Naarm / Melbourne, run by Natasha Maben.
We design Paper Goods. Sometimes, a few other things.
We like the idea that we are all explorers, artists, thinkers and dreamers, proficient in experiencing the world in unique ways, and we try to express this through the work we do.
Maybe Today evolved from a simple wish to brighten everyday life through small personal gestures, childhood memories and everyday objects. We are slowly opening our range of illustrated notecards to include other paper-based goods and a few unique limited edition items.
With each collection of work, we aim to use the most suitable sustainable processes & environmentally friendly materials we can find. All our notecards and decorative papers are printed locally on FSC certified, 100% recycled paper, in small batches. After this, they are made to order.
Hi, I'm Natasha, a freelance designer based in Melbourne. Having trained as an architect, I practised in the industry for over 10 years before setting up Maybe Today in 2020. I have a thing for ceramics, old books and vintage stationery.
I'm interested in all creative projects, from paper goods to city plans. Inspired by childhood memories of many summers spent in my grandmother’s house in India, my illustration and graphic work draws upon simple forms, shapes and colour.
Currently, Maybe Today is home for my explorations outside the architectural profession. We mainly make paper goods, but sometimes a few other things.
Most days of the week, I share my work space / play space with my 3 year old daughter, Ella.
