One in ten people in Australia are living with endometriosis and countless others are supporting them, caring for them, championing various treatments and being impacted by this incurable condition. Endo Days is a look at the stories of those within the endo community, as told to journalist and educator Libby Trainor Parker, who was diagnosed with endometriosis aged thirty-six, and has dedicated the past seven years to finding the lighter side of chronic illness.

Endo Days is a frank, often funny and honest memoir told in a narrative journalism style, with Libby's own story as the central narrative, drawing on interviews with others with endometriosis (both women, men and non-binary), their partners - male and female, doctors and specialists, researchers and the wider endo community.


About the Author

Libby Trainor Parker is many things to many people: writer, performer, speaker, teacher, parent, partner, business owner owner and health advocate.

​Diagnosed later in life with endometriosis and adenomyosis after a lifetime of mystery, Libby now dedicates her life to advocating for people with illness so they can be diagnosed, treated, and live a full life.

​Author of the book Endo Days (Wakefield Press), Libby has been instrumental and successful in lobbying for funds for endometriosis learning programs and raising awareness for the condition.

​Libby is a popular MC and speaker, and can also be seen on stage as an award-winning cabaret performer and stand up comedian.

​Available to speak at your event, run workshops or consult on health and wellbeing, Libby Trainor Parker brings education, knowledge, lived experience and a healthy dose of humour to everything she does.

Comedian, journalist, teacher, radio presenter and cabaret performer Libby Trainor Parker does a lot of things, but writing is her first love. She had her first piece published in the Canberra Times when she was eight years old (a clever little poem about being addicted to telly), which could very well have been her peak. Libby has had her work published across a number of magazines and online news outlets, such as the Advertiser, The Barker Mag, Rip It Up, and On the Record.

 At QVWC SHOP! we pride ourselves on our quality products and customer experience. We are happy to offer you free returns for change of mind on all full priced items within 30 days of purchase. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Perishable items including food and cosmetics are unable to be returned. 

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the maker / artist / manufacturer. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, may be granted a partial refund or store credit based on our discretion. 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@qvwc.org.au. 

 

SALE ITEMS 

Sale or markdown items are not applicable for a refund due to change of mind. 

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS 

In the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged item we will offer to replace the item(s) depending on stock availability. If replacement item is not available a refund will be issued. Please return your faulty item to the store, or for online orders please contact us at shop@qvwc.org.au to resolve the issue. 

 

GIFTS 

If you would like to return something that was bought for you as a gift, we can offer a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you. 

 

RETURNS POSTAGE 

To return your product, please mail your product to: QVWC SHOP:  210 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000, Australia. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, however we will endeavour to process your order within 3 working days of receipt. If you are returning something to us please email us at shop@qvwc.org.au to let us know to look out for the parcel that is on its way. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
