Marie believes in making less and in mixing waste and precious material as a way to valorise recycling.

Marie is a furniture and object designer who arrived in Australia in 2014 and she feels now privileged to be able to call Melbourne home.

Since 2018, she has created jewellery with coffee grounds, real gold powder and gold leaves. Sourcing the materials and parts locally and limiting the energy used during the process is important to her slow design process.
