A girl's guide to puberty

$27.95

Description

This book is jammed packed with need-to-know information, messages of respect and positive vibes to help tweens face puberty with confidence.

Teaching sexual health in schools has been a part of author Michelle's job for 25 years. During this time she has created a unique program that has helped thousands of teens embark on puberty more confidently. This program (along with questions submitted by 560 tweens in an online survey) now forms the basis of these  resources for families and schools.

With the help of comics, real-life stories and inspiring quotes, girls will learn about body parts and how they will change, be guided into the world of periods, get tips on how to care for their body and emotions (including their brain) and develop a mindset for enjoying life now and into the future.

It’s fun, engaging and purpose built for young minds aged 8 – 12.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING ABOUT US

I just received my order and wanted to say thank you for getting it sent out so quickly. I have bought from your shop a few times now and the orders always come within a few days (which is great because I sometimes buy last minute gifts!). But also wanted to say that the shop is great because I know I will always be buying products that are made not only by artists but women which is something I love to support. happy customers.
