Lovely to use as they are but can be cooled in a sealed container in the freezer or heated as desired. To heat: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, on a clean turntable (please note they are not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves or by any other heating method) for 30 seconds in 10 second intervals. Never exceed the 10 second interval before testing the heat; give a little shake and test on your forearm first.

Do not: Leave unattended whilst hot, re-heat before completely cool, over-heat or get wet.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. We offer returns for change of mind on all full‑priced items within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required

• Perishable items (food, cosmetics) cannot be returned

• Do not send returns directly to the maker/artist/manufacturer

Items returned after 30 days, or not in original condition, may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
