Mabu Mabu, founded by Nornie Bero of the Komet Tribe of the Meriam people in the Torres Strait, celebrates Indigenous ingredients in everyday cooking. Based in Melbourne, the 100% Indigenous-owned, women-led and LGBTQIA+ business creates condiments, spices and meals that connect people to culture and community. Mabu Mabu works with First Nations, queer-led and women-led producers, crafting sustainable, socially driven products that bring native Australian flavours into kitchens across the country.
