For Anna Nicols, creativity has always been about bringing a little more joy into the world. As the founder and principal designer of Martha Jean, she combines her background in fine art and textile design with a lifelong love of colour, shape, and texture to create contemporary jewellery, accessories, and homewares.

From her studio on the Mornington Peninsula, Anna designs every Martha Jean product in Australia, with many pieces, including earrings and charms, handcrafted locally. Inspired by the natural beauty of the region, she creates collections that feel playful, thoughtful, and distinctly Australian.
