We want you to love your purchase. We offer returns for change of mind on all full‑priced items within 30 days of purchase.

You are responsible for return postage costs. These are non‑refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Betty Ma created her brand Crafty Betty in 2020. She is a Melbourne-based artist and potter who brings a unique perspective to her craft. Drawing inspiration from her experiences living in both Hong Kong and Australia, her work reflects the multicultural themes that have shaped her life. Each piece is carefully handcrafted in her Brunswick studio, showcasing her dedication to her art.
