Standard shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $12.95 for orders under $150.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 posted within Australia.
TRACKING
We use Australia Post to send parcels within Australia.
You can track your parcel with Australia Post tracking here.
If you want to track a parcel and have not received a tracking information email, please contact us at shop@qvwc.org.au and we will resend tracking information.
DELIVERY TIMES
We endeavour to process your order within 1-2 business days, except when your order is received on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the following business day. Deliveries take between 1-5 business days after shipping depending on your proximity to a metro area.

Express, or same day shipping is not available at this stage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available and shipping costs will be quoted based on your order. For International delivery, please contact us for assistance at shop@qvwc.org.au
SENDING TO PO BOXES OR MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS
If you would like to send to multiple recipients addresses, each address needs to be placed as a separate order. We cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses.
Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

About the Maker: Misu Juju
Misu Juju is the playful creation of Julie Nguyen, a self-taught artist based in Naarm (Melbourne). Her work spans multiple mediums, with a focus on lino printing, experimenting with handmade papers and happy accidents that give each piece character. Inspired by everyday joys, Japanese pop culture and her own cultural roots, Julie captures quiet moments and quirky details, creating whimsical artwork that adds a touch of magic to the everyday.
