About the Author

Ellen van Neerven is an award-winning writer of Mununjali Yugambeh and Dutch heritage. Ellen’s first book, Heat and Light, was the recipient of the David Unaipon Award, the Dobbie Literary Award and the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards Indigenous Writers’ Prize. They are the author of two poetry collections: Comfort Food, which was shortlisted for the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards Kenneth Slessor Prize; and Throat, which won the Kenneth Slessor Prize, the Multicultural NSW Award and Book of the Year in the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards.Jessica Zhan Mei Yu is a writer of fiction, non-fiction and poetry. She is a lecturer in creative writing at the University of Melbourne. In 2021, she was shortlisted for the Victorian Premier’s Prize for Literature Award in the Unpublished Manuscript category. Her debut novel, But the Girl, was published by Jonathan Cape (UK) and Penguin Random House (Australia) this year and will be published with Unnamed Press in the US next March. Her essay collection, All the Stain is Tender, is set to follow.

Standard shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10 for orders under $150.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 posted within Australia. 

 

TRACKING

We use Australia Post to send parcels within Australia.

You can track your parcel with Australia Post tracking here. 

If you want to track a parcel and have not received a tracking information email, please contact us at shop@qvwc.org.au and we will resend tracking information. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to process your order within 1-2 business days, except when your order is received on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the following business day. Deliveries take between 1-5 business days after shipping depending on your proximity to a metro area. 

You will receive tracking information on your via email. 

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express, or same day shipping is not available at this stage. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available and shipping costs will be quoted based on your order. For International delivery, please contact us for assistance at shop@qvwc.org.au 

 

SENDING TO PO BOXES OR MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS

If you would like to send to multiple recipients addresses, each address needs to be placed as a separate order. We cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses.  

Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
