Emma Winton is a Graphic Designer and Illustrator living in Melbourne. She's a big fan of anything botanical, western and 1950s aesthetics.
Emma tends to create digital illustrations that represent women who are wholly themselves, women who are not held down by stereotypes and social expectations. Their wholeness and connectedness are reflected in the heroine’s surroundings, lush tropicals, resilient deserts, wilds which reflect traits of self-knowing, trust and oneness with mother nature. These women are often accompanied by a strong animal, again representing unintentional yet fierce independence and power.
