Jo (Jojo to her seven grandkids) started Springhill Farm over 35 years ago, inspired by school visits to the family farm and a desire to turn fresh ingredients into tasty treats. Her muesli slice gained attention in Vogue and word quickly spread. Today, daughter Fiona and her husband James run the business from country Victoria, keeping the family’s delicious, homemade-style treats alive while honouring Jojo’s farmhouse kitchen roots.
