We’re searching for a retail assistant to join our small and passionate team.
A day at QVWC SHOP might look like: welcoming shoppers and providing excellent customer service, processing sales on the ipad, un-packing & labelling new stock to go on the shop floor, tidying the store and re-stocking displays, packing online orders, communicating with makers and suppliers via email and in store, creating content (reels, stories etc) to support our social media channels.
No two days are the same so we’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

💛 Have a love for all things handmade and crafty and are excited to share stories about our makers with our customers.
💛 Are interested in marketing and keen to help us with our social media marketing (and don’t mind showing your face on socials 😊)
💛 Have experience with Shopify, Canva, Adobe suite, Jotform
💛 A love of visual merchandising and gift wrapping (particularly at xmas time)
This role is 2 days a week (0.35 FTE) permanent part time. Ideally we’re looking for someone who is available Wednesdays & Thursdays.
Additional shifts (including weekends) may be available from time to time during busy periods and to cover other staff leave.
